All notes are stored locally on your Mac in ~/Library/Application Support/SlashNote/notes.db. No data is synced to external servers. You can back up this file manually or via Time Machine.

Subscriptions are managed through the Mac App Store. Open System Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to cancel. Refunds are handled by Apple through their standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Open SlashNote Settings > MCP and enable the server. Then add the server config to your AI tool (Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code, etc.). See the full guide at slashnote.app/mcp.

Try these steps: 1) Restart your Mac. 2) Check that you are on macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later. 3) Delete ~/Library/Application Support/SlashNote/preferences.json and relaunch. If the issue persists, email us at support@slashnote.app with your macOS version and a screenshot.
